The Dietitians Office will work with your doctor’s office if a referral is needed and will verify insurance benefits for you.
We will arrange your telehealth meeting with one of our Registered Dietitians at a time convenient to you. You can connect through a secure video app on your laptop, tablet, or smart phone and talk from home, work, or wherever you feel most comfortable.
Progress is real, sustainable, and made at your pace with no judgment.
Caring, Qualified Dietitians.
Our Registered Dietitians are fully licensed and credentialed. They are welcoming and ready to help, like our Lead Dietitian, Dayna Carpenter, RD, LDN.
Meet Lead Dietitian Dayna Carpenter.
Dayna earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, and completed her dietetic internship at Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina.
“I understand that every person's journey is unique, so I provide a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered,” says Dayna. “Whether you're managing a medical condition or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I want to help you create realistic, sustainable habits that support the life you want to live.”
When she’s not working with patients, Dayna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two pups, Cashew and Abby (see photo), and relaxing at the beach.
About The Dietitians Office.
At 55, Doug Anderson took up the challenge of the Ironman Triathlon which requires athletes to complete a continuous 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon all in one day. In such a contest, says Doug, “nutrition is everything.”
In 2010, Anderson founded a company devoted to medical nutrition therapy. That company has grown to become The Dietitian’s Office, offering telehealth consultations with Registered Dietitians in eight states.
“Most of us learn how to eat when it’s too late,” notes Doug. “Our education system just does not include or prepare students about the importance and long term consequences of what we put in our bodies.” The Dietitian’s Office provides that education as well as one-on-one support.
Since “every chronic disease has a nutritional component,” says Doug, “The Dietitian’s Office is dedicated to providing vital support for people managing serious conditions.”
